Oldfield construction is a well developed company which has been established for 19 years.

Unlike many other construction firms we employ almost all our staff on a permanent basis.   

From time to time when we have to use subcontractors they are assessed substantially using Oldfield Construction’s predetermined approvement scheme.

All of us expect - and get - the offer of an extended warranty on almost everything from cars to computers. In short, the master bond scheme allows us to put 10 year guarantee on all our work.

• National House Builders - NHBC is the standard setting body and leading warranty and insurance provider for new and newly converted homes in the UK. Providing risk management services to the house-building and wider construction industry, NHBC has approximately 18,000 registered builders who agree to comply with our Rules and Standards.
